Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after delivery to request a return or exchange.

Giro Swedish dishcloths can be returned even if you rinsed or used them. Original packaging is not required. Sale items can be returned. We do need your order email or order number.

Email help@thegirocompany.com to start a return. Do not mail anything back until we reply with the San Mateo return address. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or wrong. In that case we cover it.

Once we get the return, we refund your original payment method, usually within 14 days. Questions: help@thegirocompany.com
